Get a personalized strength training program. Sue will design a program based on your goals and will supervise and guide you through your workout. You can't beat what you get out of this program: a personalized workout plan, Sue's expertise and guidance, and use of Choate's state-of-the art fitness center for a great price!!! You will make use of free weights, nautilus, and cardio equipment (treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, stair climbers, etc)
