A tip for the coach driver is included in the trip fee. Please contribute only if you wish since the gratuity is already included in trip cost. Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified. No lap sitters on the bus. Travel insurance is recommended for overnight trips through Friendship Tours.
Lighthouse Cruise - Narragansett Bay, RI
We will be cruising the breathtaking Narragansett Bay to enjoy the views of famous lighthouses, incredible islands, the Jamestown and Newport Bridges, the Newport Naval Base, and much more. Prior to our cruise you will experience a wonderful buffet
brunch at the Quonset ‘O’ Club. After the cruise we will visit Olde Mystic Village where you can enjoy a wonderful shopping experience.
Block Island, Rhode Island
Take a break and spend the day on beautiful Block Island! Just 7 miles long and 3 miles wide, this idyllic island is a great escape for anyone. Once we dock at Old Harbor, which is
a National Historic District with many Victorian buildings, walk just a short distance to the National Hotel where lunch will be served.
Choose from:
Chicken Breast, seafood casserole, or grilled salmon.
We will also board a private island bus for a guided tour of this special island and have some time to shop on your own before our return to the mainland.
Ellis Island & Statue of Liberty including the Statue of Liberty Museum
Ellis Island: From 1892 to 1954, millions of immigrants began their American dream here: The Great Hall, where the immigrants were processed, the four rooms where immigrants were detained.
When today's visitors disembark at Ellis Island, they stand under the recreated historic canopy - the same point where immigrants began the process toward American citizenship.
Statue of Liberty: She is an icon, a national treasure, and one of the most recognizable figures around the globe. The new Statute of Liberty Museum represents an exciting new chapter in Lady Liberty's story of freedom.
Round trip Ferry Ticket allows you to depart Liberty Park, NJ and get off at both Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty Island.
Included with your admission at each island and the new museum are Audio Guides for each island inviting visitors to relive the immigrant experience as if you were the new arrival.
Plimoth Plantation & Mayflower II
The newly restored Mayflower II returned to Plymouth Harbor in 2020. Visit the re-creation of the ship that brought the colonists to new Plymouth. Stop at "The Rock" where the Pilgrims landed and take in this famous waterfront. Enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Buffet at Plimoth Plantation. All your favorites: Roast Native Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Potatoes, Cape Cod Cranberry Sauce, Fruit Cobbler for dessert and more!
