This course will provide you with the fundamental skills & confidence to perform CPR
on adults, children, or infants. This course will also teach the proper usage of an AED.

This class will provide you with the skills you need to stop bleeding in emergency
situations. Whether it is a scrape on the playground or a life-threatening bleed,

An opportunity to learn 3 simple steps to help save a life from suicide. Just like CPR and the Heimlich maneuver, everyone should have this training!
