Senior aerobics class.
This class is designed for the active senior. Move and step to your favorite music as you improve your cardiovascular health. Strength and balance exercises also included for complete fitness. This class will keep you moving and keep you doing the activities you love to do!
Class is for Adults 50+
Instructors:
Mondays - Stacey Bobbit
Wednesdays - Cheryl Meyers
Fridays - Gwen Silloway - outside at Community Lake - Some walking but not main part of the class. Will walk just around the small loop close to parking lot at linear trail. Will do exercise on basketball courts and grass section. No lateral (side to side movements bc of grass will be done) movements, will do low impact resistance training with exercise bands. It will be similar to indoor Swing Shift
