Teens in yoga class.
Morning Motivators offers a variety of fitness classes over 3 days of the week. Each day will have a general area of focus with plenty of variety and challenge to keep it fun, motivating and getting you fit.

Mondays will incorporate using a high intensity interval training class utilizing the Metafit and MetaPwr format with Stephen Stern,
Wednesdays is variety with Cheryl Myers
Fridays is Cardio/Core/Strength with Gwen at Community Lake
All fitness levels welcome!
Must bring your own yoga mat!

General Infomation
  • Using a wide variety of equipment including the step, bosu, free weights, body bars, bands, stability balls, medicine balls, pilates rings, foam rollers etc.
  • We will reshape your body!
  • Simple choreography, fun and effective!
  • Offered 3 times a week to meet the demands of your ever changing schedule.
