Breathe & Relieve Yoga
End the week and begin your weekend with the perfect class. Conscious breathwork helps us understand the power we have to relieve stress and connect to both inner and outer body. 
Slow, gentle, mindful movements together with the breath allows us to release the tension we hold in our muscles, in our bodies, and feel fresh and open.
Bring your own yoga mat and a light blanket.

General Information
  • This practice is focused on expressing the asana (postures) from the inside out.
  • Breath work and meditation will be included.
  • Based on the principles of iyengar yoga, this therapeutic yoga willopen your heart and align your body to its greatest potential.
